tried on ahead of time and are bought site unseen, we have developed
the following return and exchange policy for customer service purposes.
Of course, we hope that you are happy with your selection. If for any
reason you are not happy with your selection, our return and exchange
policy is as follows:
Please contact us within 10
days after you receive the products providing you find them
defective, damaged or faulty due to our mistake caused unconsciously, we
will send you return address via email. (Please ensure that the products are in the original
conditions and of no artificial damage, furthermore, the labels should
be integral and the package should be complete, otherwise we will
deduct depreciation fees accordingly.) If you want to exchange for
other different products, we will refund you any over-payment or
require a supplemental payment for any deficiency according to the
actual prices of the products.

products providing you need to return or exchange for any personal
reason，you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to
us, if you want to get refund, we will take 9.95 pounds of shipping and handling fees off your refund
after receiving the returning parcel and your refund will be returned
to your paypal account 1-3 working days after receiving your
returned products. If you want to exchange, you should pay us 9.95
pounds as the postage and handling fees for replacement. (Please ensure that the products
are in the original conditions and of no artificial damage,
furthermore, the labels should be integral and the package should be

you want to exchange for other different products, we will refund you

please email us at support@Tiffanyworld.co.uk ASAP if you have placed an order and would like to cancel it later. We can cancel it before shipping. However if the order has been shipped, we can not cancel the order then.
For canceling , 4.95 pounds of service fee will be deducted from the refund amount. All money will be refunded if the goods are out of stock.
The last but not least, please contact us for return or
exchange in advance, our customer service department will offer you the
returning address, otherwise we are sorry that you should be in charge
of the risks and the loss.
